* Our requirements:
* Income must be at least 3X monthly rent
* Application fee: $50.00/person over 18
* Rent & Deposit are same. For Example, Rent is $1,000 then deposit is $1,000 and must be paid in full prior to moving in. We will not hold property unless deposit is paid. We prorate second month if you move in middle of month.
* Credit issues are okay as long as you don’t have any negative history from rentals.
* Rental history must be clean (if you have eviction or broken lease and approved, we will require double deposit must be able to pay in full prior to move in.)
* Criminal history is case by case
* Pets are case by case (if approved $250 nonrefundable pet deposit) no pets over 25 lbs.
* Application is good for 30 days and are transferable to any property on our website.
