Water, sewer, and trash provided, residents will be billed monthly for electric usage. Storage shed, coin-op laundry, and shower/restroom facilities are included as well. RV MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 10 YEARS AT TIME OF MOVE IN - NO EXCEPTIONS. All persons over the age of 18 must submit an application. Application fee of $50 required.
