• $550 per month + $250 deposit
• Each room has mattress/bed,
• Full use of kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven)
• Full use of of washer and dryer for laundry
• FREE utilities and wireless internet
• Bathroom will be shared among students and each student will have their own section of the bathroom to store their items
• Students will have their own section in the refrigerator for their food items
• Share house with very nice 63-year old female semi-retired manicurist (she’s mostly on vacation)
• Less than half a mile to Albertson’s, Starbucks, LA Fitness, and Banks and only 1 block to a bus stop
• Less than 5 minute drive and only 15 minute walk to Grossmont College area
• Also 10 minute drive to San Diego State University
• Non-smoking student and Vietnamese or Japanese speaking preferred
• Student should clean up after self, especially in the kitchen and bathroom
• Owner has previously rented rooms to International students and enjoys having students in her home
• The house has many fruit trees including guava, grapefruit, persimmon, lime, and dragonfruit when in season
• The home is newly renovated: new bathroom, new bedrooms, brand new kitchen and all new appliances
• New laminate flooring has been put throughout the house including the rented rooms
• House is newly painted inside and outside
• New air conditioning unit installed throughout the house
• Hired house keeping comes every two weeks to clean bathrooms and home
• Very clean home and will require clean renters as well
• Students are required to keep their rooms clean
