Welcome to Ted's Garage in Old Towne Orange. This tiny cottage is truly a standalone home (no common walls means no noisy neighbors) and was named in honor of Ted Glasener, a well known and longtime Orange resident. If you love architecture, all things vintage, and dig tiny homes, then you'll love Ted's Garage.
What separates this home from others is the numerous cool features, attention to detail, and it is brimming with next-level quality. The tiny cottage has been featured in numerous media outlets (cover of Old Towne Orange Plaza Review, Hot Properties Column of the OC Register, it was selected to be on the City of Orange historic home tour, to name a few).
Among the numerous custom features, all painstakingly built onsite by an amazing team of historic tradesman, includes:
Custom woodwork, cabinetry and tile throughout
