Rental Requirements:
• Good Credit standing based on Experian Credit Reporting Agency.
• No judgments, evictions, or collection accounts from any other rental home within the last forty eight (48) months.
• Income must be two (2) times the monthly rental amount.
• Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year employment history with a minimum of six (6) months at the current employment.
• Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year of good rental history.
• An additional security deposit of up to one (1) month’s rent may be required based on qualifications.
