Clean furnished private self-contained studio with utilities/internet included. Located in a tranquil west coast setting, yet close to the city. The suite could be a perfect fit for many, for instance a mature Royal Roads University (RRU) student can live, study and be able to conveniently bike (approx. 2km) along the E/N rail and galloping goose multi-use bike/walking trails from the suite directly to RRU. A generic bike and covered bike storage are offered for use if desired with the suite! Also in the fall, it is often possible to see running of the salmon in the property's private creek.
This suite includes heat / air conditioner / electricity / water and internet in the rent. It is fully furnished with a queen bed that has storage underneath, a double sofa bed plus dishwasher, range, microwave, in suite washer/dryer and is well stocked with all linen, kitchen needs, roku tv, google home mini, effecient ductless heat pump heater/air conditioner and a european tiled shower.
Outside there is an outdoor BBQ for your private use w/ a small private seating area, exterior storage, and onsite outdoor parking.
This studio is a secondary suite with its own private entrance on the ground level adjacent to the main home on the property. Due to the suite size layout, it is set up ideally for a 1 person Occupancy.
Please be respectfull of the space. Also there are no loud parties, to enjoy the tranquil nature on the surroundings.
